Two Supermarkets for GMA Essentialis: Greenman Arth Reaffirms Its Acquisition Strategy

Greenman Arth is pleased to announce the completion of a strategic acquisition involving two new real estate assets dedicated to food retail. This operation strengthens the portfolio of the SCPI GMA Essentialis, now comprising fourteen supermarkets and covering a total area of 43,711 m².

Acquired for €8.2 million excluding transfer taxes, these two supermarkets, located in Dol de Bretagne (Ille-et-Vilaine) and Chatillon-sur-Chalaronne (Ain), are currently leased on long-term contracts to the Carrefour Group.
