About GMA Essentialis

GMA Essentialis is the SCPI managed by Greenman Arth, a fund management company approved by the AMF, under number GP-21000026 on 26/08/2021.

 

GMA Essentialis targets investments in commercial real estate related to the food trade. Acquisitions consist of assets operated by major players in the food retail sector, mainly in France and Germany, and where possible, in Europe.

Investment strategy

Long-term built and leased investments with immediate income potential, located in urban or suburban centres

With a minimum of one major grocery retailer as the anchor tenant

<strong>Sale & Leaseback</strong>: Retailers sell the premises and remain operators by signing long-term leases

<strong>Off market</strong>: Acquisition of assets without entering into competitive processes and/or securing exclusivity quickly

Use of leverage through debt

Signing framework agreements with developers for future acquisitions

<strong>Objective</strong>: to build long-term, multi-asset partnerships with our tenants
